The Platte County Detention Division houses adult offenders for local, state and federal detainees at various stages of the criminal justice process. The Detention Division is collaterally responsible for inmate medical care, food services and transportation and is primarily responsible for the safe and secure management of adult offenders housed in the Platte County Detention Center.

Money can be deposited onto an inmate’s commissary account or you can set up an account with TurnKey Corrections through www.inmatecanteen.com. Money can also be deposited through a convenience kiosk in the lobby of the detention center.
